Thank you for choosing Lash & Brow Co. I value every client and strive to provide the best service possible. In order to do so, I have implemented the following cancellation policy. Please take a moment to review it to ensure a smooth experience for both you and I. When booking your appointment, you may be asked to provide credit card details to secure your slot. A $5-$10 deposit will be required at the time of booking. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and MUST BE PAID prior to service date. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require no more than 24 hours' notice. This allows other clients the opportunity to book the slot you have vacated. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up for your scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the services booked, non-refundable. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the card on file will be charged the full amount of the missed services. If you have not provided credit card details, an invoice will be sent to you which will need to be settled before any further bookings can be made. I understand that sometimes delays happen, so I offer a grace period of 10 minutes for appointments. Feel free to give a quick text or call if you find yourself running late. I understand that unforeseen events occur. If you experience an emergency or are ill, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. As a courtesy, I provide appointment reminders through email or SMS. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any missed appointments and subsequent charges. By booking an appointment at Lash & Brow Co., you acknowledge and accept the terms of my cancellation policy.
